Taco Shop 760 started as a small dream in Coachella Valley. In September 2019, we set up a taco stand on a simple patio, hoping to share the flavors we grew up with. From the very first day, the community showed up, and we knew we had something special. Every taco we served was made with care, using recipes passed down through generations.
Inspired by Tradition
Our food is rooted in the rich flavors of Sonora and Sinaloa. These regions are known for bold, fresh ingredients and slow-cooked meats full of flavor. We don’t take shortcuts—nothing is pre-cooked, and every dish is made fresh daily. We use locally sourced ingredients, supporting nearby farmers and ensuring the highest quality.
